From Little Junior Snoops...

Mighty Snoops do grow! As we welcome a new generation of Junior Snoops to our Snowden fold—energetic Emma Walters, bright and daring Destiny White, and courageous Susie Ross—it’s time we took a look back at the generations of Junior Snoops who paved their way to Junior Snoop-hood!

First, of course, were Abbie Dwight and Serenity Mabrey. We first saw them in The Snowden Snoops and the Ghost of Camp Evergreen, two little girls tormented at the hands of future friend and Snoop Allie Lamm, and later hunted by the drug-dealers and terrorists who infiltrated the camp. Even thus early was Abbie’s otherworldly courage shown when she sacrificed herself to help the other campers escape, but Serenity’s quick wit and blossoming sleuthing talent first came to light in the first official Junior Snoop tale, The Playground Mystery, in which Serenity and Abbie’s second-grade friends Taylor Jensen and Aisha al-Fashir, fellow campers at Camp Evergreen, struck out to help solve their first mystery. And in which Taylor showed a unique talent of hers which saved them all!

Later, in The Nature Trail Mystery, Serenity’s kid sister Charity, and Charity’s friends Jillian Burton and Meredith Howland—Jilly and Merri to their friends and fellow Junior Snoops—made their Junior Snoop debuts; Merri and Jilly helping shine the light of suspicion on the mysteriously dead animals, Charity using her fleet feet and already-indomitable will to save the day. And in The Four Elements Mystery, the newest Junior Snoop, easily-bored and willful Lisbeth Morgan saved her Junior Snoop friends and Krysten Parker from a hideous fate!

So it is that our newest generation of Junior Snoops—Emma, Destiny, and Susie—join Charity, Jilly, and Merri to continue the Junior Snoop tradition of preteen sleuthing excellence! Somehow, I think they’ll keep up the tradition just fine! For now, though, take the poll on your favorite Junior Snoop to this point in Snowden's history. Vote early and often!

  2. Your latest batch of junior snoops is certainly an eclectic bunch, but for my vote, I would have to give to the "leader" of the pack... Abbie (although Serenity does come a close second).

As for your junior-junior snoops, I'm still very partial to young Charity (my kind of kid), but Jilly has a sweetness to her that I also like. Along with schoolmate Merri, the next generation "three dudettes" has hit Snowden... villains beware!

I love these polls of yours, please keep them coming, Mr. M!

(my previous post had some typos in it, and I had to start over)
