The Artist Laureate of GDIT...

...none other than our treasured friend erikson1, has struck again! He recently posted an illustration to go with my own tale The Snowden Junior Snoops: The Mystery-Train Mystery, in which Charity and Jilly face a true golden-oldie of girl-sleuth peril, brought off with erikson's unique artistic touch! The small version here gives a nice impression, but check it out here to get the full effect! I dare you to check out his work and not be convinced that erikson is truly the Artist Laureate of the Girl Detectives in Trouble universe!
And if you need more convincing, at least from the Snowden corner of GDIT's universe, check out this illustration from The Snowden Snoops: Ransom, Revelation, and Redemption in which the Crowells capture Leslie right out of her own room, or this scene from The Snowden Snoops and the Case of the Very First Snoop, in which our Snoop matriarch Nancy gets her girl-sleuth baptism of fire back in 1975 Stoneville! Masterpieces all! More will be forthcoming about our Artist Laureate here as time allows, but I couldn't let his newest tour de force pass without giving him a great big round of applause! I hope you believe, as I do, that he deserves it!

  1. Your gallery of drawings by the great Erickson displays among the most memorable scenes in your impressive series (his latest one is especially good). I will be looking foward to seeing more from the Master.

  2. I still keep track of all his work on my titles, dear heart, and hope to exhibit some of his Katie/Lila work here too! Now, what were we saying about a collaborative tale?...
